Our policy lasts 21 days from delivery. If it has been more than 21 days since you received your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
